Gluten Free White Chocolate Snickerdoodles

I absolutely love white chocolate, and of course I love cookies. So combining the two creates the perfect match! This recipe for White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Cookies by Averie Cooks  makes for a delicious soft and chewy cookie full of cinnamon sugar and white chocolate flavor. There is also a gluten free version of the recipe on the site, so really, pretty well everybody could eat these. Add in a big glass of milk and you’re set!
