Sometimes a recipe comes along that defines the word simple. And the rest of us love, love, love when that little bit of genius is shared. This Homemade Dulce de Leche Recipe from Smells Like Home is exactly that! Plus, she even includes an awesome list of ideas for this homemade treat. I especially love her suggestion of simply dipping apples in this caramel or spooning a bit over some ice cream. Actually, now that I think about it, dipping the apples into some dulce de leche topped ice cream sounds good too! Clearly the possibilities are endless!
