We are excited to tell you that one of our sweet blogging friends, Lizzy from Your Cup of Cake, recently had her Blueberry Pancake Cupcakes featured on popular blogger Lauren Conrad’s Friday Favorites. Yes, you read that right, blueberry pancake cupcakes… it’s a pancake and a cupcake all in the same blueberry bite! What a fun and delicious idea! No wonder they were one of Lauren’s favorites. Butter and sour cream with nutmeg and cinnamon are just some of the ingredients that go into this tasty batter. However, I think it’s the Maple Buttercream that puts these cupcakes in a category all their own. Such a delicious combination! So is it dessert for breakfast or breakfast for dessert?
