Stephanie over at Desserts for Breakfast has created these individual S’Mores Cakelettes, complete with homemade graham crackers. Anything that is described as “lick-your-own-plate-and-then-reach-over-and-lick-your-neighbor’s-plate yummy” is a definite in my book! Plus, who doesn’t love a mini cake? What a perfect way to end a warm summer’s night barbecue!
