Good old Betty Crocker is still putting out delicious recipes, and this recipe shows she’s keeping up with the times. This Fudge Lover’s Strawberry Truffle Cake is full of chocolatey, fudgy goodness. You start with Betty’s SuperMoist chocolate fudge cake mix, which is then crumbled and mixed with homemade chocolate ganache and strawberries and re-formed in a springform pan. Essentially, this cake is one big cake pop! Cake pops are all the rage right now, and clearly if it’s good in bite-sized form, it must be better to have a whole slice, right? With a four and a half out of five spoon rating, and multiple comments claiming this is the best chocolate cake they’ve ever made, it must be good.
