I’d like to introduce you to a delicious dessert that involves graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow, but has nothing to do with a campfire. This tasty treat is a Marshmallow Cookie Sandwich from Martha Stewart. It’s sort of a modern day Moon Pie with chocolate dipped graham crackers and a wonderful homemade marshmallow filling. My daughter and I made homemade marshmallows recently and not only were they easy to make, they tasted amazing, so don’t be afraid to try them! You can assemble your sandwiches with store bought graham crackers or try Martha’s Cinnamon and Sugar Graham Crackers for a completely homemade version. Dip them in chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts and you’ve got a little dessert that is great for so many occasions!
