Salted Caramel Apple Cupcake

School may have just ended and summer is right around the corner, but I’m telling you, these Salted Caramel Apple Cupcakes from Delicieux have me wishing it were already fall! I simply adore the idea of a caramel apple in cupcake form! Just be aware that, while they may not be quite as messy as a caramel apple, “you will probably end up with either some caramel or frosting on your face or both. But what is life without a bit of mess and a bit of indulgence.”
