I am marrying into a family that loves food almost as much as I do (thank gosh). In particular, my soon to be father-in-law is in love with all things sweet and is an avid eater of Snickers! With his birthday coming up in May, I’ve been looking for a creative cupcake to give him as a birthday treat, and thanks to Jamie at My Baking Addiction, I think I’ve found it! Jamie’s Snickers Cupcakes Recipe utilizes easy ingredients like packaged devil’s food cake mix, frozen snickers miniatures, and a few others to create a cupcake that is decadent and rich without overdoing it. The frosting she pipes so beautifully on top of each one provides a distinctly Snickers-like flavor, and she adds small bits of frozen snickers to the topping as well. She also includes a video tutorial on cupcake piping! How sweet is that?
