For many years, whenever I heard the words Rhubarb Pie, I would get a funny feeling and wonder why anyone in their right mind would make such a thing. It was amazing. I was instantly hooked! So I will definitely be trying this Strawberry and Rhubarb Meringue Pie Recipe from Chasing Delicious. A beautiful mix of fresh strawberries and rhubarb is tossed with honey and turbinado sugar (aka sugar in the raw) and carefully baked in a wonderful pie crust.
