When strawberries are in season, there is nothing I love more than baking a strawberry pie. Now thanks to the creative genius of Brown Eyed Baker, I can’t wait to try this recipe for Strawberry Creamcheese Crumble Tart. This recipe has all the makings of the perfect summer dessert. It’s creamy, fruity, and topped with a buttery crumble. Not a strawberry lover? No problem! Michelle says, “This tart is highly adaptable depending on the season and your personal tastes. You could easily replace the strawberries with raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries, or do a mixed berry version.” What more could a baker ask for?
