Any dessert with the word triple in it is usually a yes for me. A dessert titled Triple Banana Double Caramel Mini Cupcakes is a definite yes for me. Vera over at Baking Obsession perfected the banana bread formula for the base, then filled the cupcakes with banana caramel. To make it even better, she then frosted the cupcakes with a caramel cream cheese frosting and topped them with banana chips for garnish. And since banana bread is the base of this cupcake, that means we can eat it for breakfast, right?
