Have you ever had one of those baking days where nothing went right and you just wanted to throw in the towel? I know I’ve had my fair share, which makes me all the more grateful that Steph from Raspberri Cupcakes stuck it out and didn’t give up on her Twix Cake Recipe. I’m a big fan of Twix, and my kids are all reminded of this on Halloween when I raid their candy bags to ensure everything is safe, which they all now realize is code for “Mom’s gonna steal your Twix”. Maybe this big cake-size version will become a nice Halloween tradition for us instead.
