Summer will be here in no time, and over the past few weeks, I have been looking into healthier options to satisfy my sweet tooth. I was so excited to learn about the new Dannon Oikos® line of yogurt.
Dannon Oikos® is a creamy-thick nonfat yogurt that is made through a traditional Greek straining process, which makes it an excellent source of protein. Each cup of Dannon Oikos® contains twice the amount of protein of regular low fat yogurt and 0% fat (with the exception of Dannon Traditional varieties). Oikos Greek nonfat yogurt has 12 -14g p (24%DV) compared to regular low fat yogurt with 5g protein (10%DV) per 5.3 oz.

- Satisfying Proteins. A moderate-protein balanced diet with a reasonable amount of fiber, carbohydrates, and the appropriate amount of healthy fats, is the best way to maintain a healthy weight.
