Low Fat Watermelon Blueberry Popsicles

Easy, delicious, and healthy, these Watermelon Blueberry Popsicles from Everyday Occasions by Jenny Steffens Hobick sound like a winner to me. Simply puree seedless watermelon, pour it into glasses, press fresh blueberries into the mixture, add a popsicle stick, and freeze. In a few hours, you will have a refreshing, no sugar added treat to help you cool off on a hot summer day. If there won’t be any kiddies at the barbecue, Jenny suggests adding a squeeze of lime and a shot of tequila for watermelon margarita pops! Either way you make them, these are a great summer snack or dessert.
