Salted Caramel Cheesecake Ice Cream Sandwich

This is one of those recipes that stopped me in my tracks when I read the title. I read it again slowly – Salted Caramel Cheesecake Ice Cream Sandwich. Yep, that’s right. A delicious treat of cheesecake ice cream drizzled with salted caramel, sandwiched in between two graham crackers. I think when one feels the need to hug another blogger right through the computer screen, their creation must be something pretty awesome!
