I’ve always loved the smell of good whiskey. There’s something so earthy and romantic about it and, while I don’t like to drink it much, I have recently become obsessed with cooking and baking with it. When I saw this Salted Whiskey Caramel recipe from So, How’s It Taste?, I instantly fell in love. Not only do these have the delicious, earthy booze factor of whiskey, but also the chewy, savory goodness of a salted caramel. The recipe (which is incredibly simple) creates a batch of 64 delicious Whiskey Caramels, so you can be sure that you’ll be munching on these for a good long time.
