I have got to tell you that I’m in love. I’m in love with this White Chocolate Rocky Road recipe from Bistro Gerard. The colorful blend of fruit, nuts, and candy submerged in a bed of melted white chocolate makes my heart sing. Not to mention, white chocolate might just may be my favorite of the chocolates. Now, Chef Gerard says you can make this dessert up to two weeks in advance, but this sweet treat would be lucky to make it through the night in my house.
