Brownie Cookies with Salted Caramel Creme Filling

I could barely look at these Brownie Cookies with Salted Caramel Crème Filling from Bakers Royale without getting out the ingredients to start baking them right away. The combination of salted caramel crème sandwiched between two brownie cookies seems more than heavenly to me. The cookie recipe is homemade, and it sure looks like it’s worth the effort! Stick with homemade and try making your own caramel for the filling, or use a premade caramel sauce to save some time. Either way, the end result will be a sandwich cookie lovers’ dream come true!
