I love that Rosie from Sweetapolita describes these Highway to Heaven Cupcakes as “enticing.” They are that and so much more! Clearly, sweet and salty just reached a whole new level. These cupcakes start with a chocolate cupcake base, but they’re then filled with salted caramel, glazed with coffee syrup and bittersweet ganache, drizzled with more salted caramel, and, as if it that’s not enough, topped with salted caramel drizzled potato chips! Be forewarned that your taste buds will be spoiled upon eating these cupcakes, and you will likely need to bake these on a regular basis just to keep them happy!
