After an admittedly lackluster attempt to make a lemon cake, Pick Yin sought out the best lemon cake recipe in the world. What she made was a sweet, tangy, moist cake with raving reviews. To top off her masterpiece, she used 7-minute frosting and a blowtorch to give it that toasted meringue look. Delightful and pretty, this cake is sure to be a definite crowd-pleaser.
