Sour Patch Kid Cupcakes

When you can’t decide whether to satisfy your sweet or sour tooth, only a mixture of both will do. Shelly from Cookies and Cups made the perfect sweet and sour combination with this Sour Patch Kid Cupcakes recipe as a birthday gift for her best friend. These cupcakes are filled with a strawberry jelly center, making them even sweeter. Top them off with colored frosting and a mixture of sugar and citric acid, which gives them their sour taste. Adorn each cupcake with a Sour Patch Kid and you’ve got the perfect cupcake for both the the big and little kids.
