Today we’re highlighting this Baked Egg in an Avocado Recipe! Cereal and granola bars are quick and easy breakfast foods. But why settle for the boring and mundane when you can make something just as simple, but full of delicious flavors and ingredients? Have you ever thought about combining eggs and avocados for breakfast? Probably not, but think about it: avocados are one of the greatest gifts known to man, and they are bursting with healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins. Slice one in half, remove and pit, and cut a little space in the center. Drop an egg in and bake! Feel free to add some spices or hot sauce for a kick. Breakfast really doesn’t’t get much better (or easier) than this!
