Today, we’re thrilled to be sharing a simple, delicious Easter Waffle Sundae recipe – the perfect way to end the day!
This recipe is so simple, yet the result is sure to impress your family and guests. And the best part? It uses ingredients you already have on hand! Feel free to make waffles ahead of time, we prepare them fresh after dinner. Either way, prep, cook, and assembly time is only a matter of minutes! Top your Easter Waffle Sundaes with ice cream and all of your favorite sundae toppings for a fun, end-of-the-day treat!
EASTER WAFFLE SUNDAES
-2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
-1 1/3 cups milk
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-Sundae toppings such as strawberries, chocolate sauce, sprinkles, etc.
1. Plug in waffle iron and allow it to pre-heat.
2. Combine Bisquick mix, milk, egg, and oil and whisk until smooth.
3. Scoop prepared mixture into your waffle iron. Close waffle iron and allow waffles to cook. Remove once cooked and allow to cool.
4. Once cool, top waffles with ice cream, chocolate sauce, strawberries, sprinkles, etc. Have fun with it! Allow kids to top their own dessert for a fun end to a great day!
