Coffee Infused Creme Bruelee

I am in love with the idea of Coffee Infused Creme Bruelee.  Diethood incorporated leftover caramel sauce from a French Macaroon recipe she made earlier that afternoon.   Coffee and caramel  + creme brulee sounds like a winner.   What do you think?
