Valentine’s Day Packaging and Styling Ideas

Confession: I never really know what to do for Valentine’s Day. There always seems to be a million different ideas, and then I become overwhelmed and end up grabbing a bag of M&Ms and suggesting a movie at the last-minute (not that there’s anything wrong with that). With all of the sweet styling and packaging ideas floating around, I don’t think my friends will be receiving a bag of candy this year. Here are some of my favorite inspirations:

Rice Krispies XOXO treats

These X and O Treats by Real Simple look adorable and super easy to make, especially if you’re pressed for time this Valentine’s Day!

Conversation heart cookies

These Conversation Heart Cookies by Martha Stewart Living are adorable. I love the tissue paper gift wrap with the stitching!

This Conversation Heart Cheesecake by Hungry Happenings looks too good to eat. My favorite part is that you can personalize the message to make it appropriate for any recipient.

These XOXO Cookies by Hello Naomi are pastel perfection. I don’t know if I could bring myself to actually eat them.

I love how this Cherry-Vanilla Layer Cake by SprinkleBakes isn’t your traditional Valentine’s Day cake. The mint icing combined with a cherry-vanilla cake layer is a delicious-looking alternative to the norm. And those sprinkles? I’m in love!

I adore the dotted edges of this Valentine’s Message Cake by Half Baked. I love a simple, sweet message (especially on a sweet and delicious-looking cake)!

This Pink/Gold Layered Cake by Ruffled is absolutely stunning. With layers of pink with gold icing, it’s perfection!

These Cupcake Flags by The Confetti Sunshine Blog are just too cute. Personalize them with a message or name!

I can’t wait to try this Valentine Cupcake Recipe by One Charming Party. The gold foil and glittery flags make it perfect for any Valentine’s Day party.
