I would make cakes and cake pops for the less fortunate children on their birthday so that they can enjoy their day and see how it feels to be able to have a cake to celebrate their birthday

I’m dying to try to use a kitchenaid to make ice cream! But I would use it for my holiday baking mostly.

Making Holiday cookies with that mixer would be such a breeze compared to the 1950′s era hand mixer I use now.

I would make a lot of cake dough, because it’s very hard to bake a big cake without a mixer.
