Valentine’s Day is not just a day for significant others. Instead, use it as the perfect excuse to make some delicious cocktails and have a fun evening with your girlfriends: a Galentine’s Day celebration!

BERRY CITRUS FIZZ RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

-15 strawberries, stems removed and sliced
-2 oranges, sliced
-1 can of frozen strawberry lemonade, thawed
-1 orange, juiced
-1 bottle of champagne
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pour the strawberry lemonade & juice of one orange in a pitcher and add the strawberries and oranges to soak for an hour.
2. Add the chilled champagne and stir gently.
3. Pour the drink into glasses and garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy!
