I’m so excited to share the recipe for these super easy Buffalo Bean Nachos with you!

Easy Family Recipes

I’ve been working through trying so many new, fun recipes from My Food and Family’s extensive online collection. We’ve been trying so many new recipes for quick and easy dinners along the way, and everything has been a hit with the kids and Andy! Now, we’re breaking into the snack recipes with these Buffalo Bean Nachos for game day, and they are SO good!

Ingredients for the Buffalo Bean Nachos

This is one of those SUPER easy recipes that I know I have all of the ingredients for in the house. It’s so nice to not have to worry about going to the store or making sure ingredients are added to next week’s shopping list in order to pull it off! All you will need for these Buffalo Bean Nachos is tortilla chips, KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, oil, no-salt-added white kidney beans, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, celery, and KRAFT lite ranch dressing. That’s it!

How to Make Nachos

Putting together these nachos is so quick and easy! It only takes 15 minutes! First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and cover a baking sheet with foil. Place the tortilla chips in 6 piles, with 4 chips in each – this dish will serve 6 people! Top the tortilla chips with cheese, and bake them for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

How to Cook Beans

While the cheese is melting, put a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and heat the oil. Without stirring, add beans to the oil and let sit for 5 minutes or until the bottoms of the beans start to brown. When the bottoms are brown, add buffalo wing sauce and garlic powder and mix everything together. If you aren’t a fan of buffalo sauce, KRAFT barbecue sauce is a great substitute! Keep cooking and mashing the beans until they have the consistency you like. Once they are at your desired consistency, remove the mixture from the heat.

Once the cheese is done melting on the tortilla chips, place them on plates and add the bean mixture to the top. Cut up some celery or green onions and add it to the top. Then, add ranch dressing before serving.

Easy Nachos Recipe

I still can’t believe how flavorful these nachos are. They’re definitely such a fun twist on flavors! Andy and Charlie have been asking for these again and again since we made them. They might just make another appearance for our next game day! Are you going to whip up these Buffalo Bean Nachos? Let me know if the comments below if your family loves them just as much as mine!
