Cranberry Bliss Bar Fudge Recipe
One of the reasons why I started BFFF in 2011 was to spread sunshine to others! There is something about finding inspiring photos and connecting with others on the internet that instantly uplifts your mood. But rest assured, there are so many other ways to spread sunshine outside of the digital world, and I am SOOOOOO excited to share how we’re doing just that. ;)
I’m teaming up with Cuties to kick off their 100 Days of Sunshine campaign since Cuties are officially back in season! =) So here’s the lowdown – Cuties 100 Days of Sunshine launch is ALL about reaching out to those around you, whether that’s family, friends, co-workers, or people in your community, and bringing a little bit of sunshine into their life! I mean, does kindness ever go out of style?! I LOVE this concept so much because it really gives you awareness and a valid excuse to actually slow down and spread kindness like this in our busy world!
I instantly knew that I had to reach out to our new neighbors to get this party started! I remember when we moved in a few months ago and how nerve-wracking it was to be the newbies on the block. Some of these people have lived on our street their whole life! I just remember everyone being so kind and welcoming, and I wanted to extend that kindness to our new neighbors.
One of my favorite treats are Cranberry Bliss Bars, and I’ve been meaning to dub this viral treat into a fudge recipe for the longest time. So I came up with a creative way to incorporate Cuties to make it even better! All you need to do is add some of the juice and a little bit of zest from Cuties for the most perfect Cranberry White Fudge Bars. Charlie and I went to town on this recipe!
Once the bars were ready to go, we packed them up in pretty gift boxes and headed to our neighbor’s house to spread a little sunshine and hang out. They loved these Cranberry Bars so much, we brought over a few extra, so I think we are officially welcomed to the neighborhood!
This is one of my favorite fudge recipes to date because they are so easy. You only need a few ingredients – condensed milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cranberries, and Cuties – of course! They’re addicting and delicious (I ate 8 squares today…. shhhh).
It truly is such a great time to come together and to spread a little extra kindness. Who are you going to bring some sunshine to??
