So easy and delicious!
How to Cook Salmon on the Grill
This quick and easy grilled salmon recipe is a total game-changer. Once you’ve gathered all the necessary ingredients, heat the Nexgrill on medium high heat. Then, while the grill is heating up, toss the cubed salmon in a bowl with the olive oil, spices, garlic powder, and salt. After thoroughly seasoned, thread the salmon and lemon slices onto skewers. Then, grill the skewers for 4 minutes on each side or until the salmon is fully cooked. Finally, garnish the skewers with fresh dill and serve them with fresh sliced cucumber, butter lettuce, and tzatziki sauce. It’s that simple!
Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
Prep a great sauce to go along with the dish to really bring out the smoky flavor of the grilled salmon! I seriously can’t get enough of this homemade tzatziki sauce. Greek yogurt with a hint of fresh cucumber, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt is all you need to make it!
How to Make Tzatziki Sauce
Once all of your ingredients are gathered for the sauce, it’s such a quick process! First you need to wrap the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out all the excess moisture into the sink, otherwise your tzatziki sauce will become too watery. Then in a bowl, add the cucumber, Greek yogurt, olive oil, herbs, lemon juice, garlic, and salt, and stir to blend! Easy right?! Serve it on the side with the grilled salmon kabobs or on top, your choice!
I am hoping this grilled salmon recipe inspires you to plan a few grilling events this spring! And as we move into summer, even more grilling is about to happen. Hello, 4th of July! ;) Invite your favorite friends over to entertain or just have a night in with the kids and make this grilled salmon recipe with tzatziki sauce. It’s a great way to celebrate this incredible weather! What’s your favorite recipe for grilling? I can’t wait to hear all about it in the comments below!
