Kalamata olives and couscous with your choice of tangy vinaigrette (or balsamic dressing) pair perfectly with watermelon and feta. Just peel and roughly chop up the watermelon and cucumber and mix with the feta, couscous, olives, and dressing. Garnish with some fresh mint and you have the epitome of summer in a bowl!
