Girly Garden Tea Party

Get ready to feast your eyes on some pastel prettiness! Every girl loves an excuse to get dolled up, eat some sweet treats and gab with girlfriends all afternoon! “What’s better than a tea party?! A tea party in a beautiful garden, of course! Many of us had tea parties when we were little girls. We would grab our stuffed animals (friends), get all dressed up and have afternoon tea. I wanted to create a beautiful scenery that we could only imagine back then. I envisioned a bride-to-be enjoying time with her favorite girls over scrumptious goodies in an enchanted garden. The soft, pastel color palette inspired me, along with playful patterns.

No tea party is complete without pearls, so I adorned a few of the tea cups with them to give it a vintage touch. The garden was simply majestic all on its own, but we decorated the tables and arches with flowers to add a bit of color and feminine flair! Along with florals, we wanted the fill the dessert table with sweet, dainty delicacies. Who knew rice krispies could be so cute?!

I thought the tulle skirts would go perfectly with the theme and give a modern look to the traditional tea party. This styled shoot was all about friendship and I hope you enjoy it as much as I had fun designing it!”
