With a simple mixture of Bisquick, bread crumbs, and a few spices, you’ll have the perfect coating for homemade chicken fingers! And this is sure to be a recipe that will satisfy any of the picky eaters you have joining you around the holiday table. Prep these ahead of time by making the mixture and preparing the chicken. Then, when it’s time for a quick snack or an appetizer, simply toss the chicken in the coating, and pop the pan in the oven! HOMEMADE BISQUICK CHICKEN FINGERS

[ingredients]
-2/3 cup Original Bisquick mix
-1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
-1/2 teaspoon Paprika
-1/8 teaspoon Cayenne
-1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
-Butter Flavored Cooking Spray

[instructions]

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and then lightly spray with cooking spray.

3. Mix Bisquick mix, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika in 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.

4. Place the chicken in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat.

5. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken.

6. Spray chicken with cooking spray.

7. Bake 7 minutes and then flip.

8. Spray the chicken with the cooking spray again. Let bake for another 10 minutes.
