How to Make the Best French Macarons

There’s nothing like some good advice from an expert.  Especially when the advice concerns macarons, a sweet I have always found magical and mysterious.  Thank you, Brave Tart for The 10 Commandments of Macarons.  Now, we can bravely make these delectable treats ourselves.  With patience, precision, an oven thermometer, and a digital scale, we too can create a dessert at which our friends and loved ones will marvel.

      Indeed her 10 commandments are great, I would have just added another important factor: humidity. Excess water in meringue plays against the final macaron shell.
