In all my years, I NEVER imagined I would type J.Crew and pasta within the same sentence. ;) But, as we have finalized our 2017 brand board, J.Crew colors have been a BIG inspiration for BFFF’s upcoming content. They’re notorious for having some of the most unique and vibrant colors that you usually cannot find with other lines. ;)
So the inspiration behind this project was quite interesting. A couple months back, Charlie brought home a rainbow pasta necklace from kindergarten. Immediately in my head, I envisioned all types of neons and pastels #SoBestFriendsForFrosting style. ;)
As I tried to dye these on my stove, it failed. The colors didn’t turn out as bright and vibrant as I wanted, so I painted each noodle by hand. It was totally worth going the extra mile and the colors really popped!
These are the perfect DIY for a kid’s birthday party or just to celebrate the every day! Who’s ready to party?!
