Milk Stout Ice Cream Floats

Milk Stout Ice Cream Float 5

Adults like ice cream parties too! Just in time for summer, Jessica Romero of Sweets Wyoming shared with us this fun and easy recipe for milk stout ice cream floats! A creamy, cold milk stout is just asking to be poured over vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and enjoyed on a patio with friends.

Milk Stout Ice Cream Float

This super quick and easy dessert is perfect for a crowd and easy to customize. Pick your favorite stout, pair an ice cream, and that’s all! We kept it classic with a rich, chocolaty stout and classic vanilla ice cream, but we wouldn’t turn our noses up at some salted caramel or coffee ice cream in there. Get creative, mix and match, and blow every other ice cream social out of the water with these not-for-kids floats.
