Nutella-Brownie

Calling all chocolate lovers! This decadent recipe for Nutella Brownies is definitely for you. If you ask us, you never need an excuse to indulge in an extra-chocolatey, indulgent dessert. For those times when life isn’t exactly smooth sailing, a super sweet confection is just what the doctor ordered. Luckily, Caroline Souza of Sweet Caroline’s Corner has whipped up a recipe for Nutella brownies to satisfy those cravings. Here’s what she has to say:

“You’ve read it right: Nutella brownie. This treat, known as an oh-so-delicious, decadent brownie, is the best-thing EVER! The combination is perfect. As if a jar of Nutella wasn’t already perfect by itself, it’s amazing how, with the addition of just a couple of ingredients, you’re able to reach a whole new level of perfection. But don’t just take my word for it. Make it and see for yourself!”

Nutella-Brownie

NUTELLA BROWNIES

–1 (13 oz.) jar Nutella

–2 eggs

–1/2 cup flour

–1 teaspoon baking powder

–A pinch of salt

–12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt, reserve.

3. In another bowl, beat together Nutella and eggs until creamy. While still beating, slowly add in the flour mixture until it’s well incorporated.

4. Pour batter into a 8″x8″ baking pan lined with parchment paper.

5. Cut the Ferrero Rocher chocolates in half and place into the batter. Chop any leftover chocolate and sprinkle over the top.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

7. Remove from oven. Serve warm with ice cream or at room temperature. Enjoy!
