Sweet Potato Fries with Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce

This post is sponsored by Alexia.

Fall is upon us and you know what that means…sweet potatoes are in season! This healthy root vegetable is super tasty and oh so versatile. In partnership with our friends at Alexia, BFFF took this yummy, all-natural snack straight to the test kitchen and we must say, it was our favorite recipe creation yet!

The carefully balanced sweet and savory flavor of sweet potatoes together with a hint of sea salt make these sweet potato fries a favorite, hearty, amped-up alternative to the everyday fry, and we happen to think the Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce recipe is the PERFECT accent to complete this easy to make, family-friendly dish.

Ready for a recipe?  Trust us when we say that you won’t want to miss this one.  It’s by far one of our ultimate favorites!  For our dipping sauce, we balanced the sweetness of the fries with salty and smokey bacon. Cilantro and green onions add a fresh, herbaceous depth of flavor and the sauce adds a tangy twist, and a creamy cooling effect to the fries hot out of the oven. Quick, easy, and sure to please the whole family!

BACON & CILANTRO LIME SAUCE
