Thai food is known for four key flavors: sour, sweet, creamy, and salty. It is also known for its complexity of flavor combinations! Today we’re highlighting a recipe from Simply Scratch shows us how to make two dishes: a Thai chicken Satay with peanut sauce and a ginger coconut rice that pairs well with the chicken. The chicken tenders cook in a delicious mix of coconut milk, lemongrass, lime juice, garlic and fish sauce. The peanut sauce is the perfect complement to the chicken. Serve this meal over a bed of jasmine rice cooked with coconut milk!
