Edamame Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. 12 oz. frozen shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
  • 2 large avocados 6 green onions coarsely chopped
  • 2 pieces 1 inch gingerroot, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup oil Zest and juice from
  • 2 limes
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps

Instructions

  • COOK edamame as directed on the package.
  • PLACE edamame in a food processor.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds and crackers; process until smooth.
  • SPOON into a serving bowl; sprinkle with sesame seeds. SERVE with crackers.
