Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl.
Toss apple slices in butter.
Arrange crescent roll triangles on baking sheet and sprinkle brown sugar mix onto each triangle.
Sprinkle each triangle evenly with pecans.
Place an apple slice on the wide end of each triangle and wrap dough around each apple.
Brush each crescent roll with butter and dust with pumpkin pie spice.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees until golden.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
