Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and use a roller to thin it out.
Sprinkle cooked taco meat over the dough, and then sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat.
Roll the dough long ways, and make sure it's tight.
Make 1-inch cuts down the roll, leaving you with 8 rolls.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
Top finished taco pizza rolls with sour cream, salsa, and green onions or chives.
