To prepare your fondant decorations, lightly dust your countertop with cornstarchand then roll the fondant out to 1/8 of an inch.
Use a small kitchen knife to make the leaf. Cut the green fondant at an angle.
Use a small kitchen knife to cut the brown fondant into the shape of an apple stem.
To melt the candy melts, pour the entire bag into a microwave-safe bowl. Put thebowl in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Stir, and then continue to heatthe bowl in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until the candy iscompletely melted. Stir it once more before using.
With the candy melted and ready, use the tweezers to dip the mini pretzels in the coating one at a time.Once dipped, pull the pretzel out, allow the excess to drip off, and then placethe pretzel on the parchment paper. Repeat this step with all of the pretzels.
With the pretzels still wet, place a fondant leaf and stem on each of the pretzels, and then let themset for 30 minutes to fully harden and set before serving.
