Banana Cream Bars

Ready for your new favorite quick and easy no bake dessert? Banana pudding is a total classic, and no bake banana cream bars are the perfect hack to recreate this dessert in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 5 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping

Instructions

  • Prep the crust first. Mix the butter and corn syrup with the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Press the mixture down into a thin, even layer in a 9X9 pan.
  • Add the milk and pudding mix into a bowl and mix it up. Let it sit in the fridge for five minutes to fully set.
  • Add a layer of banana slices on top of the graham cracker crust. Fold one cup of whipped topping into the prepared pudding, and spread a layer over top.
  • Add another layer of sliced bananas.
  • Spread a final layer of whipped topping on top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  • Let the dessert set in the freezer for an hour and then serve.
