Hot Cocoa Cookie Cups

These hot cocoa cookie cups are such a quick, festive cookie to make this holiday season. And the best part? There's no baking required!

  • Brownie bites
  • Marshmallow fluff
  • White frosting
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Mini pretzels
  • HERSHEY’S KISSES Hot Cocoa With Marshmallows Chocolates
  • Red and green sprinkles


  • Lay your brownie bites out on a flat surface.
  • Mix together equal parts marshmallow fluff and white frosting in a small bowl. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
  • Break a piece off of a mini pretzel for each brownie bite and add a small dot of the frosting mixture to each end. Insert the ends into the side of a brownie to resemble the handle of a mug.
  • Pipe the marshmallow and frosting mixture on top of each brownie bite.
  • Slice into the front of each HERSHEY’S KISS to reveal the marshmallow inside. Place the HERSHEY’S KISS on top of the frosting mixture.
  • Add a mini marshmallow on top and then sprinkle with red and green sprinkles to finish it off.
