one13.29ozpackage Oreos (divided)
one8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2stickunsalted butter, softened
1cuppowdered sugar
one16ozcontainer Cool Whip
two3.9ozboxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3cupscold milk
2-3dropsgreen food coloring
1 1/2cupsshredded coconut
8-10Peeps bunnies
20-26Cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
In a large Ziploc bag, crush the Oreos.
Place the crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, reserving 1 1/2 cups for the topping.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar until combined, then fold in the whipped topping.
In another large bowl, combine both boxes of pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk until smooth.
Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
Evenly spread the mixture into the bottom of the 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos evenly over the top. Allow to set in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
In a large Ziploc bag, add shredded coconut and a few drops of green food coloring. Seal and shake vigorously.
Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and top with the shredded green coconut, Peeps bunnies, and Cadbury eggs.

To get the best green coconut for your dessert, remember to leave air in the bag! This allows the coconut to move freely as you shake with the food coloring.To keep this dessert super quick, double check you have INSTANT pudding, not regular. This recipe does not require cooking the pudding.
