Make your waffles, whether you're using store-bought or making them at home in a waffle maker.

Let your waffles cool, and get your ice cream out.

Using an ice cream scoop, add scoops of ice cream on one waffle, and top with a second waffle to make a sandwich. Push down until some of the ice cream comes out the side.

Dip the sides in sprinkles until completely covered. 

Dive in right away, or put ice cream sandwiches in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
