Ingredients
3/4cupgraham cracker crumbs
1/4cupbutter, melted
4tbsplight corn syrup
1(3.4-ounce) boxbanana pudding mix
1 1/2cupsmilk
5bananas, sliced
1(8-ounce) containerwhipped topping
Instructions
Prep the crust first. Mix the butter and corn syrup with the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Press the mixture down into a thin, even layer in a 9X9 pan.
Add the milk and pudding mix into a bowl and mix it up. Let it sit in the fridge for five minutes to fully set.
Add a layer of banana slices on top of the graham cracker crust. Fold one cup of whipped topping into the prepared pudding, and spread a layer over top.
Add another layer of sliced bananas.
Spread a final layer of whipped topping on top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Let banana pudding bars set in the freezer for an hour and then serve.

To prevent fresh banana slices from browning, coat bananas with lemon juice.You can add sliced fresh strawberries for extra flavor. You can use Nilla Wafers or even Crushed Oreos in place of Graham Cracker Crumbs for the crust. If you're in a hurry, assemble this quick dessert and let it set in the freezer for an hour.
