Ingredients
melted butter,for brushing rolls
1packageSister Schubert Dinner Yeast Rolls(or your favorite rolls)
1½poundsground beef
beef bouillon powder, to taste(for seasoning)
1smallred onion, finely chopped
10slicescheddar cheese
mayonnaise, to taste
ketchup, to taste
lettuce, for serving
tomato slices, for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the rolls: Brush rolls with melted butter and bake according to the package instructions. Set aside.
Prepare the patties: Divide the ground beef into 10 equal portions and roll into balls. Place each ball into a greased muffin tin well and flatten into a patty. Press a small thumbprint into the center of each.
Season and top: Sprinkle each patty with beef bouillon powder and top with chopped red onion.
Bake the patties for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
Add cheese: Place a slice of cheddar on each patty and return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until melted.
Drain: Carefully remove patties and place on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up excess grease.
Assemble sliders: Slice open the baked rolls, spread mayo and ketchup as desired, and add lettuce, tomato, and a beef patty to each.
