I’m totally OBSESSED with how simple these are. Just melt, dip, sprinkle, and let them set. That's it!

Ingredients
1poundfresh strawberries
7ozwhite chocolate melting wafers
1/4cupblue sanding sugar
Instructions
Clean the strawberries and pat dry.
Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval. Be careful not to overheat as the melted chocolate will harden and seize up.
Dip each strawberry about three-quarters of the way into the white chocolate, leaving a bit of red showing at the top. Let any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
Dip the tip of the strawberry into a small bowl of sanding sugar.
Place on parchment paper and let cool until white chocolate hardens.
Store in the refrigerator.
Notes
If your melted white chocolate melting wafers is too thick for dipping, just stir in a small amount of Crisco or vegetable oil to help thin it out.
